We are looking for a skilled and experienced Site Supervisor to oversee and manage construction activities on-site. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and the ability to ensure projects are completed efficiently, safely, and on time.

Key Responsibilities:

• Site Management: Supervise daily construction activities to ensure compliance with project plans and specifications.
• Team Coordination: Manage and coordinate workers, subcontractors, and vendors to maintain smooth workflow.
• Quality Control: Inspect work progress, ensure adherence to industry standards, and address any discrepancies.
• Safety Compliance: Enforce safety protocols, conduct site inspections, and ensure a hazard-free work environment.
• Material & Equipment Management: Oversee the availability and proper use of materials, tools, and equipment.
• Progress Reporting: Maintain records, update project status, and report any issues to senior management.
• Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve on-site challenges to prevent project delays.
• Communication: Act as a bridge between engineers, architects, and labor teams, ensuring smooth execution.

Requirements:

• Education & Experience: Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering/Construction Management with at least 1–3 years of experience in site supervision.
• Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of construction methods, blueprints, and safety regulations.
• Leadership Skills: Ability to lead teams, delegate tasks, and ensure timely project completion.
• Problem-Solving: Quick decision-making and troubleshooting skills for on-site challenges.
• Attention to Detail: Ensuring precision in construction work and adherence to quality standards.
• Time Management: Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines under pressure.
